Our 3D SW solution enables a fast and cost-effective way of delivering new design automation solutions to new fields of businesses worldwide. The quality of our software has been proven in a series of customer and internal projects. The customized solutions have been used for parametric design, mass customization and manual CAD –like applications. The key point of our solutions is design automation: We enable cost-effective scaling of your business while keeping the design quality standardized in a high level.
The graph presents where our SW solution is at its best. The example is a medical product that is customized for each patient individually. On the x-axis there’s the volume (how many) of sold products. On the y-axis there’s the design price for creating all the models.
Using a normal CAD design tool (Solidworks, Blender, DeskArtes etc.) the price remains the same for each product as it takes several hours to design them. Therefore in this case designing 10k pieces costs around 2.2M euros. The estimate takes into account the CAD engineer salary, licenses and hardware needed for the design.
We deliver an automatized solution that creates the models within seconds. Each project is unique because of for example data interfaces and required functionality. Therefore we need to take a closer look at your requirements before we can give you the above figure with numbers from your application. Usually the breakeven point (when our solution becomes cheaper) is between 100 and 1000 produced models. Of course it is sometimes revealed that our solution is not the optimal for your needs; usually this is because of very complex requirements (making the SW cost high) or estimated low future volumes.
